• Insurance policy drafting, interpretation, coverage and claims advice
• Contracts of affreightment and charterparty analysis and disputes
• Admiralty claims and vessel arrests
• Pleasure craft loss and damage
• Contractual disputes with marine and logistics service providers including marinas, ship’s engineers, stevedores, truckers etc.
